Robuschi positive displacement blowers include RBS blowers in 24 different models. All of these share the innovative characteristics of the Robox Lobe compression units, equipped with the following features:

The Robox Lobe is an integrated package designed to convey gas at low pressure. Based on the RBS lobe positive displacement rotary lobe blower, it is operated by an electric motor through a belt drive.

Features

The RBS utilizes three special profile lobes. Combined with a low pulse system, the lobes reduce the residual pressure pulsation of the conveyed gas to less than 2% of the operating pressure. Thanks to new engineering technologies, the Robox unit includes all available accessories, including the ready-to-fit and exclusive SENTINEL electronic monitoring system.

In addition, the enhanced enclosure has been redesigned to reduce noise levels.

Robox Lobe Positive Displacement Blower Package

The Smart Oil System uses a single reservoir to check the oil level externally (all models, only frame 1 excluded). This provides better oil-reading reliability and lower oil top-up times.

The new performance cooling fan is is designed for easy maintenance, which can be performed from the front of the blower. You simply have to remove the front panel or panels and/or the opening of the upper panel.

Smart and Compact Design

Robox Lobe machines can be placed side by side, thereby significantly reducing the space they require to lower system costs.

Optional Equipment

The Robuschi positive displacement blower package offers smooth and quiet operation by utilising cutting edge technology and innovative components. Robox Lobe packages can be equipped with IE3 drive motors and premium efficiency upon request. Star/Delta starters are also available. In addition, you can request inverter duty motors for a variable frequency driver (VFD) for wide turndown capability and better efficiency belts with additional noise reduction.

Peace of Mind

The Robox Lobe package is compatible with the SENTINEL electronic monitoring systems (Sentinel 2 and Sentinel PRO). These allow you to control all relevant machine and process parameters; granting you reliable and efficient blower system operation.
